Deep, Spirit-led clarity of your identity as a daughter and leader.

DESCRIPTIONS

Ground your leadership in who you are in Christ, not in your past, position, or performance. You’ll uncover and release old labels, stories, and lies that have kept you playing small, and begin to align with how Heaven sees you.

MODULE TWO

Faith-Fueled Confidence Foundations

OUTCOME

Confidence rooted in what God says, not in constant external validation.

DESCRIPTIONS

Build a new internal foundation through scripture, prayer, and identity work. You’ll create a personal “God-says” toolkit you can return to when fear, comparison, or imposter thoughts try to steal your voice.

MODULE THREE

The Heart of God in Leadership

OUTCOME

A clear picture of how to lead with courage, compassion, and conviction.

DESCRIPTIONS

Explore what it means to reflect the heart of God in modern leadership—at work, in business, ministry, and home. Through real-life scenarios and practice, you’ll learn to lead with both authority and tenderness.

Voice & Vision Activation

OUTCOME

Ownership of your voice and a Spirit-aligned leadership vision.

DESCRIPTIONS

Clarify what you’re called to speak into, build, or shift in this season. You’ll learn practical tools for speaking up, sharing ideas, and communicating a vision that aligns with God’s heart and your unique assignments.

MODULE FIVE

Courageous Conversations & Holy Boundaries

OUTCOME

Confidence in handling conflict, hard conversations, and limits.

DESCRIPTIONS

Learn how to say the hard things with love, set boundaries without guilt, and navigate difficult dynamics in a way that honors God and honors you. You’ll receive scripts, phrases, and role-play opportunities to practice.

MODULE SIX

Feminine Rhythms & Sustainable Leadership

OUTCOME

A leadership rhythm that protects your body, heart, and spirit.

DESCRIPTIONS

Design a leadership lifestyle that doesn’t burn you out. You’ll explore rest, nervous-system care, emotional regulation, and spiritual practices that support you as a woman—so you can lead with presence, not depletion.

MODULE SEVEN

Kingdom Connections & Mentorship

OUTCOME

A supportive circle of faith-filled women and mentors.

DESCRIPTIONS

Leadership is not meant to be lonely. In this module, you’ll intentionally cultivate connections—inside and outside the Academy—that support your spiritual and professional growth, and learn how to both receive and offer mentorship.

MODULE EIGHT

Capstone Project: Living Your God-Given Calling

OUTCOME

Embodied, real-world expression of your new leadership identity.

DESCRIPTIONS

Bring everything together in a capstone project that reflects how you now lead—with courage, clarity, and the heart of God. You’ll receive personalized feedback and a clear path to continue growing as a She Believes Leader beyond the program.

Marie Minor Neugent

Marie Neugent is a faith-driven leadership and confidence coach who helps Christian women rise as courageous, heart-led leaders. Drawing from decades of experience in corporate leadership, holistic wellness, and spiritual mentorship, Marie weaves together mind, body, and spirit to create transformation that lasts.

After a life-altering accident and a powerful encounter with God’s voice, Marie left her corporate executive role to fully step into her calling: equipping women to lead with the heart of God, speak with confidence, and live anchored in their true identity.

Through She Believes Academy, Marie walks side by side with Christian women who know they’re called to more—helping them move from self-doubt and overthinking to faith-fueled, feminine leadership that reflects Jesus and honors who God created them to be.

Certifications

Upon successful completion of all 12 weeks and your capstone project, you’ll receive a She Believes Certified Faith-Fueled Leader certificate—acknowledging your commitment to lead with courage, speak with confidence, and live as a woman who truly believes what God says about her.
